The hotel's rooms are really clean, fabulous for a quick getaway with friends, but noise from other guest rooms can be a bit of an issue. The rooms are awfully small but lovely. The restaurant offers a warm welcome, especially during the Christmas season.

My stay at Manor and Windmill was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, being close to the NEC and surrounded by greenery, but the constant road noise made it hard to sleep. The room had some drawbacks, like the lack of soundproofing in the windows and the noisy corridor next to reception. Service was a mix of helpfulness and unhelpfulness, with the staff offering earplugs but also some poor service. Dinners were enjoyable, but the evening food prices seemed a bit high for what you got.

The room was on the front side of the main building, right next to the main road, leading to constant road and traffic noise all night. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located on the A45, 12 minutes from the NEC, amidst beautiful green surroundings of a golf course. However, the noise from the busy dual carriageway was noticeable.
